Structure and Steering Group

MTM:UK is currently an informal unincoporated association with charitable objectives. For the last two years it has been run by an elected Steering Group with an Administrator. At the AGM, on 7 July 2008, the new Steering Group were approved. They are:

Luisa Hinchliff

The AGM agreed to the plan to move MTM:UK towards a formal Company Limited by Guarantee structure with charitable objectives. A Board of Directors will be appointed and, if appropriate, an informal steering committee will work on their behalf.

The Honorary Accountant for MTM:UK is Julian Flitter of Goodman Jones.
