Structure and Board

MTM:UK is an organisation incorporated, as company limited by guarantee, on 25 March 2009. Registered in England and Wales, Reg. No. 6855097.

Previously, from December 2005, the organisation was an informal unincorporated network ran by an elected Steering Group with an Administrator.

The current Board were formally appointed at the AGM on 6th July 2009. They form a representative mix of the Membership as follows: 

• Pippa Bailey (Total Theatre Awards and freelance event producer)
• Luisa Hinchliff (freelance director and event producer)
• Katherine Ives (Lauderdale House and Trilby Productions)
• Laurie Sansom (Royal and Derngate, Northampton)
• Zoë Simpson (independent producer)

Previous board members have included: Andy Barnes, Iain Gillie and Chris Grady.

Advisors to the board have included: Jannette Cheong (China-UK Forum), Ken Bennett-Hunter (independent producer) and Joan Lane (Wild Thyme Productions).

The auditor for MTM:UK is Julian Flitter (Goodman Jones) and our tax panel is led by Christine Denniston (author and new writer mentor).
