New Administrative Director for MTM

MTM has a new Administrative Director! Laoise Davidson, was appointed in October 2009, after two competitive interview rounds.  Laoise (pronounced Lisha) takes over from Chris Grady who has now taken on the role of Head of External Relations at the Theatre Royal in Bury St. Edmunds. Laoise previously worked as Head of Communications for the Jewish Music Institute and as a freelance Arts Event Manager.  She is a professional Jazz singer and occasional Cabaret artist, who grew up on all the great old musicals.  "I love musicals!  I am very fond of the old musicals because they remind me of when I was a kid, but I am really keen for new musicals to push through to ensure this wonderful art form continues far into the new millenium."  Laoise is keen to help MTM grow and develop from its solid foundations planted by Chris and MTM members.
